Emily has 15 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults in a variety of settings including wilderness, residential, group and school-based programs. Emily received her Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and is working towards her license in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Emily’s approach is eclectic and responsive to her clients’ needs. She has experience treating adolescents and young adults with a myriad of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, addictions, grief, and difficulty with life transitions. Her approaches include behavioral, family systems, Gestalt, mindfulness, somatic, nature-based, culinary and horticulture therapy.
Emily’s mission is to support clients in finding their strengths, speaking their truth and getting in touch with their most authentic selves. She will provide you with a supportive, open and creative space to explore a deeper connection to self and others in an effort to create the life you want to live.
