Ben is a humanistic therapist who uses a holistic and client-centered approach in order to cultivate growth and inspire change in his clients. He is very understanding, easy to talk to and meets people where they are at. Ben treats a wide range of individual and relational issues. He has been known to help people engage in and grow in their relationships with friends, family members, and loved ones. His approach is one that emphasizes self-awareness, empathy, compassion and care in order to empower his clients to attain the growth that they are looking to achieve.

Ben is a Marriage and Family Therapist who attended graduate school in Southern California where he excelled and grew in his identity as a therapist. He is currently enjoying his life in Denver with his Fiancé and their new husky puppy. 

 Ben understands that as life gets hard and demanding we can often experience feelings or behaviors that don’t make sense or overwhelm us. This can tend to significantly effect our personal health, along with our relationships with loved ones and family members. Counseling with Ben offers a space to unpack and sort through all these feelings and behaviors in order to take back control of your brain and start to experience healthier and happier relationships.
